Tapsilog

Ingredients:

  • Marinated Tapa (Beef)     500g
  • Garlic rice                         250g
  • Egg                                   1pcs
  • Cooking Oil                       15g

Procedure:

  1. To make Tapa, a type of marinated beef, heat some oil in a medium sauté pan and fry the beef for 5 minutes, or until it acquires a light brown color. The sugar in the meat can easily burn if you cook it for too long.
  2. On the other hand, you can cook one egg to your preferred doneness by heating the pan over low heat.
  3. On the other hand, get started plating the rice with a cup while the egg is cooking. Put the prepared Tapa on top, and finish it with the cook-over-easy egg(depending on your preference) on top of the tapa.
  4. Serve it and enjoy.
