Now that everything for the tapsilog has been prepared, we can begin cooking the marinated beef and putting the dish together.
Tapsilog
- Marinated Tapa (Beef) 500g
- Garlic rice 250g
- Egg 1pcs
- Cooking Oil 15g
Procedure:
- To make Tapa, a type of marinated beef, heat some oil in a medium sauté pan and fry the beef for 5 minutes, or until it acquires a light brown color. The sugar in the meat can easily burn if you cook it for too long.
- On the other hand, you can cook one egg to your preferred doneness by heating the pan over low heat.
- On the other hand, get started plating the rice with a cup while the egg is cooking. Put the prepared Tapa on top, and finish it with the cook-over-easy egg(depending on your preference) on top of the tapa.
- Serve it and enjoy.
