Make sure that when you’re cooking, you know each flavor profile of your ingredients and how their aroma and taste change when they are heated. consider the natural flavoring of your food. and remember that acid and tart flavors are complementary to fatty food because they cut the fatty taste. Over spicing is a common error we do in the kitchen but remember that less is more when it comes to seasoning your meal. Keep in mind that the best dishes are those with the fewest ingredients.

2. Texture

When we eat a portion of food, our sense of taste is heightened in part because of its texture. It refers to how the meal feels in the mouth, both in terms of hardness and softness. without regard to whether or not sauces were used during cooking, etc. So, remember that you shouldn’t add a little starchy element or match it with mashed and pureed ingredients if you’re making heavy meals.

The dish’s presentation is crucial to its overall success. Use different-sized and shaped plates to present your food. Vegetables are an excellent complement to meat chunks on a platter. You should experiment with cutting vegetables in different ways and arranging them by color.
